More than a dream, it’s been a ministry passion and matter of fervent prayer and diligent work. We are opening Caring Network clinics in the heart of Chicago — in the center of need and opportunity, in neighborhoods that are among the most frequent homes and hometowns of the women we serve. Friends like you who give to Caring Network have helped make this possible.
Many of our clients come from the city, from the distinct and varied neighborhoods in the heart of Chicago. So that’s where we’ve wanted to be, as we’ve expanded the ministry beyond suburban DuPage County, where Caring Network was born. Even as we continue to minister throughout the metropolitan area, we are now in the process of opening our doors to women facing unexpected pregnancies at clinics on the North, West, and Southsides of Chicago. These communities are diverse and underserved.
Chicago has fourteen abortion facilities for every six pregnancy resource centers, and Illinois is the abortion capital of the Midwest. Before the Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization overturned Roe v Wade in in 2022, there were already more abortions performed in Illinois than in our five bordering states combined. And since the Dobbs decision,* Illinois has seen a 62% increase in abortions.
Our new Caring Network clinics will help more women choose life as they empower women in crisis with alternatives to abortions and provide emotional and spiritual care, as well as resources for parenting.

Our network of consultants and volunteers wraps its arms around the women who choose life by providing help with diapers, clothes, and other solutions to relieve financial stress.
Victory in Every Woman Served and Baby Saved
Regardless of the neighborhood, we find that women and families we serve find a sense of peace and hope beyond the stress and crisis they often bring to our clinics. And lives are saved. More than 1,000 women have been served in the last year because your support makes it possible for us to open our doors and our hearts to their mothers.
