Ari's Story

When Ari first came to us, she believed her pregnancy had ended after taking abortion pills she ordered online. At Caring Network, she received a pregnancy test and ultrasound—which revealed she was still pregnant, already five months along. Shocked and overwhelmed, she scheduled another abortion.

But because of the consistent support and follow-up from Caring Network staff, Ari began to feel less alone.

She reflected, “I honestly think the abortion pill failed for a reason. I know I want to be a mother. Now that I know all the resources that are there for me, I don’t feel as scared or alone.”
